Privacy Policy

Data used to run the game

Ryvora stores Discord user, server, channel and game-message identifiers, server names used in challenges, team and captain assignments, invitations, saved choices, game positions, results, reward receipts, statistics, achievements and cosmetic selections. Seasonal progress includes earned tokens and cosmetic redemptions. We record the last time you use the game so inactive profiles can expire. Privacy requests use a minimal case record and a protected deletion check to prevent old backups from restoring removed data. Tokens and items are game features, not money.

Saved private choices allow an interrupted game to recover. Operational evidence and error logs support recovery, abuse handling and troubleshooting. Detailed closed game records expire under the limits below. Personal totals and earned items can remain in your profile until its deletion or inactivity limit. Ryvora does not request Message Content, Presence or Server Members privileged intents. It does not collect ordinary chat transcripts for gameplay.

These website pages use no analytics, advertising scripts, contact forms or tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process connection information to deliver and protect the pages.

Who can see it

Opponents cannot see your planned moves before resolution. Authorized operators with storage access can see saved game choices. Public boards show game state and results. Completed solo runs post their outcome in the original channel. Make public and Share progress publicly post the selected information to that channel. Achievement standings show progress earned in the current server. A visible Discord post may be copied by other members.

Purpose and providers

Data is used to operate games, save progress, award earned items, maintain fair records, recover outages and respond to requests. The service does not sell player data or use it for targeted advertising. Discord processes interactions and messages under its own policies. During local testing, game records are held on the operator's computer. Cloudflare Pages hosts the public website on its Free plan. Hetzner remains the selected production host for the bot, and Cloudflare R2 is the selected backup provider. Cloudflare processes website requests, including technical connection information such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the pages. The website has no analytics scripts, forms or tracking cookies. Hosting providers process data to provide the service, under restricted access.

Retention

Our retention limits are 90 days after a game closes for detailed game records and associated recovery evidence, 30 days for operational logs, and 30 days for backups. Player profiles and accumulated progress remain until a deletion request or 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Aggregate results can remain only when they cannot identify a player. Limited records required by law may be retained for that obligation. A deletion request can require earlier removal than these limits.

Discord messages are separate from our storage. We remove or redact bot posts containing your data where we control them and have access. Other members' copies and Discord's own records are outside our control.

Your requests

Email hello@zeeshanejaz.com to request access, correction or deletion. Include your Discord user ID and the request, not a password or account token. You can also contact zee_shan0 on Discord. We verify account control before changing records and use only the information needed to handle the request.

Removal includes linked profiles, private choices, identifying history and controlled public posts. Shared records are handled without changing other players' earned balances. An active shared game needs a reviewed resolution before removal, rather than silently changing its result. We do not treat that as permission to retain your data indefinitely. Backups expire within 30 days, and a restoration must reapply completed deletion requests before the bot reconnects. A protected check of deleted account identifiers is kept through the backup expiry window. New profile creation is temporarily blocked during this window so old progress cannot be confused with a new account record. We explain any lawful exception rather than treating every shared result as exempt.

Eligibility and changes

Ryvora is for users eligible to use Discord, at least 13 years old or the higher minimum age applicable in their country. It is not directed to children below that age. If you believe data from an ineligible user was collected, contact the operator. Material policy changes will be announced through the support information before new uses of data begin.
